Under the new Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has been given new powers. As part of these powers a Neighbourhood Plan Project Group has been established for Earls Barton. The Parish Council sought your views on a range of issues during May & June on how you want to see Earls Barton planned for the future. For the next stage of this process we need to understand what you feel about the housing requirements within Earls Barton.
