We are extremely pleased to announce that the Borough Council of Wellingborough has selected and appointed an examiner for the Earls Barton Neighbourhood Plan, Richard High will begin his examination on 4th March. Mr High will decide in due course whether a hearing is required as part of his examination of the Plan. We will update this website with further news should a hearing be called by Mr High.
